MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5+ years experience as Vehicle Sales Manager in a high-volume dealership.
- Autobid Dealership program.
- Senior Certificate
- Valid South African Drivers License.
- Ability to manage total financial and budgeting aspect of the department ( E.g. Forecasting OEM, Reporting to OEM, Rebate Management, Floor Plan Management)
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
SKILLS:
- Valuations of trade in vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- High Level of motivation, initiative, and integrity.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to perform various tasks such as:
- Stock Control, including OEM reporting and floorplan management.
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales target (20 to 30 units delivered)
- Maintain and grow fleet customer basis.
- Target new customer relationships and deliver an efficient and effective service internal to both internal and external clients.
- Adhere to company standards and mange prescribed work processes.
- Think outside the box when it comes to marketing and selling vehicles .
