Reference: JHB000066-VMC-1 We require Assistant Assemblers / Vehicle Strippers with some technical experience in the repair, panel beating and assembly of heavy commercial vehicles on behalf of OEMs and clients (trucks and/or busses) to be based at our reputable client on the East Rand. We are looking for hard-working, dedicated professional to join and grow with this dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Strip and assembly of parts. Support team leader and team mates. Adhere to standard operating procedures. Adhere to strict deadlines. Safekeeping of new and replacement parts. Overtime required occasionally. Ad-hoc / general duties in the workshop. Good timekeeping habits. Sign for parts received from stores. Repair as per job cards. Report additional damage to the Team Leader. Qualifications and skills: Sober habits. Clear criminal record. Grade 12 or N3. Code 8 Driver's license. Own transport required. Previous experience is beneficial. Mechanical background is beneficial. On the job training will be provided. Works well in a team. Ability to work without supervision. Communicate well on all levels. Attention to detail.
