BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 1-year related experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Basic knowledge of Applinx (Session) System. N.B!!
- Good PC skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES:
- Perform trace searches and Home Affairs ID verifications.
- Perform on-line bank confirmations.
- Verify member details/ information against Applinx (Session) system.
- Liaise with companies and conduct verification check.
- Perform bank verifications.
- Assist with any ADHOC duties or projects assigned by management.
- Compiling statistics.
