Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management:Source and maintain a selection of luxury villas for our inventory.
  • Client-Specific Sourcing:Identify and secure properties tailored to specific client requests.
  • Client Services:Provide outstanding service and support to clients throughout their stay.
  • Client Communication:Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients.
  • Marketing Input:Contribute to marketing efforts by showcasing available properties.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
  • Concierge Services:Offer personalised concierge services to enhance client experiences.
  • Database Management:Organise and expand our property and client databases.
  • Revenue Growth:Develop strategies to increase departmental revenue.

REQUIREMENTS
Preferred Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent client service capabilities
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills
  • Tertiary education is preferred
