Ensure the smooth running of the Cape Town warehouse by managing inventory control, courier handling, receiving, dispatching, and assisting with vinyl application and installations. Location: Cape Town Times: 07H00 -16H00 Monday to Friday Reports To: JHB Warehouse Manager 1. Inventory Management Efficiently receive, issue, and dispatch hardware and collateral. Implement and maintain an organised warehouse system with proper racking and labelling. Manage stock movement and checks in coordination with the JHB Warehouse Manager. Create and manage damage reports for any items received with issues. 2. Vinyl Application and Preparation Perform vinyl applications on frames and banners ahead of activations. Steam banners and prepare all collateral and hardware for the CT Distributor. Assist with overflow installs and removals, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. 3. Courier and Logistics Management Handle all courier tasks, including packing, labelling, and creating waybills. Be the primary contact for couriers in Cape Town and manage the dispatch and receipt of shipments. Ensure all items received match waybills, supplier delivery notes, and campaign briefs. 4. Post-Installation Management Receive and clean collateral and hardware after installations. Repack and organise hardware and collateral for future use. 5. Quality Control and Documentation Perform quality control checks on all received and dispatched items. Sign off on campaign briefs with the CT Installer to ensure all hardware and collateral are dispatched correctly. Manage all paperwork, including signing and filing delivery notes. 6. Additional Responsibilities Start and manage a recycling project in Cape Town. Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including housekeeping, safety, and security. Buy necessary supplies like electricity and packaging materials. Conduct in-house deliveries and collections as needed. Assist the CT Distributor with overflow installs and removals, including POS campaigns and ad hoc event installations. Must be a vinyl applicator or willing to learn vinyl application. If you are a storeroom manager without vinyl application skills but are eager to learn, we will provide training. You must pass a vinyl application test as part of the recruitment process. Matric certificate. Driver's licence and own vehicle suitable for installs and removals. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Proven working experience in a warehouse role. Ability to perform campaign installs and removals. Degree of physical fitness required for the role. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels. Willingness to work after hours and adapt to changing workloads and priorities. 13000 p/m, plus average vinyling & install/removals of approx. R4,000 p/m (R17 000) Apply Now
