The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, staff supervision, communication and coordination, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. This role ensures the efficient, accurate, and timely handling of inventory and orders, contributing to the overall success of the company. Inventory Management • Conduct monthly stock takes to assess inventory levels, check furniture quality, and identify discrepancies or issues. • Track and order stock of packaging materials, consumables, and supplies needed for logistics and warehouse operations. • Ensure stock is cleaned and maintained after events, including inspecting and maintaining the quality of products and equipment, booking stock out, and creating checklists for items that need cleaning and repairing. • Scan and submit DC sheets to the Logistics Manager for post-event reporting. Order Fulfillment and Distribution • Prepare orders for deliveries and client collections, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper packaging for transport. • Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure effective planning and execution strategies to meet project deadlines. • Check orders as they come back to the warehouse for transport damages Staff Management • Supervise and guide warehouse staff in their daily tasks, providing support and feedback as needed. • Train logistics and warehouse staff according to a|CREATE standards and requirements. Communication and Coordination • Communicate effectively with the other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations and coordination. Safety and Maintenance • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring effective utilization of space. • Uphold health, safety, and security standards in collaboration with TAG's Health and safety Officer Proven experience in Warehouse and team leadership. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and tasks. Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Non-negotiable) Drivers licence Code C1 (Non-negotiable) Salary depending on experience. Between R 20k to R 23K TCTC per month Apply Now
