Warehouse Supervisor in Food Packaging Industry in East Rand - Ekurhuleni

Assisting the Warehouse Manager to supervise and manage the warehouse operation, ensuring that all goods are received and dispatched efficiently to and from the warehouse in line with the identified regulatory requirements and effectively managing the team. Supervise Staff Delegate duties , follow up on delegating and ensure all requests are completed timeously. Report any misconduct to the branch manager. Liaise / communicate and plan with the branch manager. Plan daily and weekly delivery routes. Fleet Control – services / maintenance / repairs / diesel consumption priority. Keep track of drivers and deliveries daily. Assisting with discrepancies with drivers and assistants while on delivery. Checking orders that have been prepared for deliveries. Loading of vehicles – daily. Receiving of stock from suppliers – to be checked Stock taking – weekly and quarterly. Housekeeping, maintain the cleanness, of stock and warehouse NQF level 4 / Grade 12 Experience in warehouse supervisory capacity FMCG experience Healthy & Energetic Sober Habits, preferably a non smoker Presentable Trustworthy – key factor Reliable Good communication skills. Good attendance record A candidate that can work well on their own, delegating responsibilities and gets all work completed on time. Time management – a key factor in our operation. Multitask Able to work under pressure and a busy environment. Attention to detail CTC R9 000 to R15 000 monthly salary depending on experience
