Wholesales Sales Representative - Sandton

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate
  • Post-Matric qualification an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Wholesale sales role within edible products
  • Must be willing to travel nationally within South Africa
Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate communication to current and prospective wholesales to grow the 20lt Palm, 20lt Oil bucket market, Baking oil ingredients
  • Must work closely with buyers and owners and drive sales into wholesalers, drive sales out by ensuring sales plans and strategy are done to ensure growth
  • Technical support to end users, training of wholesalers reps and helping customers conversion from competitor products to ours
  • Respond to enquries, providing comprehensive information both to the custoemrs and internal departments
  • Address customer needs, queries and concerns courteously and promptly
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and post-sale support
  • Collaborate closely with the cross functional departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Accurately document customer interactions, enquiries and resolutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI's set by the line manager while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage the market expectations
  • Ticket resolution efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement the channel strategy and marketing plans
