Workshop Counter Parts Sales Executive - Pretoria

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their parts needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Sales and Promotion: Proactively promote and sell automotive parts, ensuring targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Order Management: Efficiently process parts orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Automotive Parts Sales.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding targets.
