If you possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, along with a deep understanding of material specifications, welding, cutting, machining, and inspection processes, we want to hear from you Minimum Requirement Tertiary Education in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering. Min of 7-10 years in a pressure part manufacturing environment. Knowledge of material specifications in a pressure part environment. Knowledge of welding. Knowledge of inspection processes. Experience in manufacturing/fabrication processes and procedures of fabricated pressure parts. Experience in welding, cutting, machining, rigging processes and procedures. Knowledge of machinery, tube benders, fins, headers and panels. Ability to read mechanical drawings associated with the manufacture of fabricated pressure parts. Experience in budget control and project management. Responsibilities Plan and oversee all workshop activities. Provide daily progress feedback to the Contract Coordinator. Monthly management meeting feedback and report. Maintaining and holding safety targets. Resource management and optimisation; managing people and resources. Workshop operational costs.
