Communication skills. Ability to work in a team. Responsibilities: Production Planning and Organizing: Develop and implement production plans and schedules. Create, Monitor and Manage all Production documentation. Coordinate with supply chain / purchasing / finance departments. Establish daily goals and effectively communicate them to operators to optimize team productivity. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules and monitor progress. To assist the Operations Manager with the coordination of production plans. Gathering sales department information on order intake and future production commitments to meet customer requirements and production deadlines efficiently. Preparing Monthly/ Weekly Production reports and forecasts from sales orders received. Inventory/ Stock controlling: Prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS). Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed. Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items. Evaluate suppliers' offers and negotiate profitable deals.
