Involvement in co-creating technical solutions, project implementation plan, steering committees and Change management. Good understanding about engineering principles such as automation, DevOps, Quality engineering, software development. Very good understanding of software lifecycle and different delivery methodologies Advanced project delivery including all aspects of program/project management. Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain customers. Experience working as a senior client/account management in a professional services/consulting organization to include managing an account P&L of > $5 Mn. Demonstrated experience driving accelerated growth of 20%/year or greater. Proven track record of delivering business solutions and outcomes leveraging technology. Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships. With an empathetic approach, ability to respond to the needs of stakeholders. Solution-based sales – helping identify and drive solutions for clients. Previous P&L responsibilities Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully across all levels of the organization.
