We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Business Relationship Manager will serve as the primary liaison between our organisation and its clients , ensuring the alignment of business objectives and delivering exceptional customer services. · Experience in directly delivering large IT transformation programs to customers · Involvement in co-creating technical solutions, project implementation plan, steering committees and Change management. · Good understanding about engineering principles such as automation, DevOps, Quality engineering, software development. · Very good understanding of software lifecycle and different delivery methodologies · Advanced project delivery including all aspects of program/project management · Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain customers · Experience working as a senior client/account management in a professional services/consulting organization to include managing an account P&L of > $5 Mn. · Demonstrated experience driving accelerated growth of 20%/year or greater · Proven track record of delivering business solutions and outcomes leveraging technology · Experience operating at CXO level, and ability to demonstrate excellent client relationships · With an empathetic approach, ability to respond to the needs of stakeholders · Solution-based sales – helping identify and drive solutions for clients · Previous P&L responsibilities · Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully across all levels of the organization · Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem solving and decision-making skills · Proven track record of client/employee satisfaction Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance domain customers · Experience in directly delivering large IT transformation programs to customers · Involvement in co-creating technical solutions, project implementation plan, steering committees and Change management. · Good understanding about engineering principles such as automation, DevOps, Quality engineering, software development. · Very good understanding of software lifecycle and different delivery methodologies · Advanced project delivery including all aspects of program/project management · Experience working as a senior client/account management in a professional ITservices/consulting organization to include managing an account P&L of > $5 Mn. · Demonstrated experience driving accelerated growth of 20% Y-o-Y or greater Apply Now
