This is a remote position. Our client specialises in niche industry segments, where they provide business communities with superior access to information and inspiration through annual conference programs and training courses. The successful candidate will have every opportunity to use your sales drive, initiative, and skills to connect with customers and win sales. Want fun whilst enjoying serious rewards Requirements The role is to sell business conferences to their communities by building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers. You must enjoy selling and communicating on the phone and you must be able to demonstrate: Excellent listening, verbal and written skills: listen to customers' challenges. Real customer care: fanatical about customer service. Strategic: know how to build value in the sales process. Persuasive: demonstrate value and overcome objections. Teamwork: work within & contribute positively to our team. Trainable attitude: interested in learning novel techniques. Networking: develop loyal relationships with customers.
