Reach Summit is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Debtors Controller to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounts receivable function, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients to facilitate the prompt payment of debtor invoices. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: · Bcom degree, Finance, or a related field · 3 years experience in finance at supervisory / management level COMPETENCIES: ROLE BASED WHO CULTURAL TECHNICAL Proven track record in finance team Strong ethical and standards and integrity Strong analytical skills Financial/Accounting computer applications Good communication skills Detail oriented Calm under pressure Advanced excel and Microsoft Office skills Follow-through on commitments Persistence and resilience Problem solving skills
