Your duties will include, overseeing and managing the blow moulding production process, leading, training, and motivating a team of production staff to ensure optimal performance, maintaining a high level of quality, and optimizing production strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. It is vital that you have at least 3 years of factory management experience in a blow moulding environment and demonstrate excellent communication and administrative skills.
