Road Transport company with 35years experience in need of an HR Analyst in the Krugersdorp/Chamdor area to assist in the function of Human Resources within the transport team, this team will consist of 20-25 people in the distribution of finished goods. This candidate will report upstream to the Operations Manager. Recruit, select, integrate, train, follow, career, perform motivational actions, work day control, labour liabilities and shutdown routines inherent to the movement of employees in the unit. Monitor and execute Excellence and Customer Programs. Train and update corporate standards related to the people area. Conduct internal consulting with the other areas of the unit. Provide necessary conditions for the maintenance of the organizational climate of the unit at satisfactory levels. Comply with the legislation and the maintenance of safe working conditions to the team. Process information required to close the unit payroll, including driver working hours and overtime. Manage benefits and maintain relationships with the providers of these services. Perform related activities, meeting requests from superiors other. Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards and specifications. Properly use uniforms and protective equipment made available by the company. Commit to operational goals defined in conjunction with the client. At least 3 years of previous experience in the industry. Knowledge on current employment legislation including that of the NBCRFLI. Sound understanding of employment law and recruitment strategies. Ability to research and draft company policies and procedures. Will be discussed in the interview.
