Road Transport company with 35years experience in need of an Operations Controller/Vehicle Controller in the Krugersdorp/Chamdor area to assist in the transportation and delivery of finished goods. Carry out operational activities characteristic of urban beverage distribution. Enable the achievement of operational indicators of performance of the unit. Contribute to ensure the market presence (customer customers), attesting the conditions and performance of the service / deliveries of the staff. Provide operational conditions for the execution of team routines and for obtaining results. Guidance of vehicles out on delivery and follow ups to the customers. Reporting on vehicle movements, arrival and departure times and any problems experienced. Reporting on any deviations on delivery schedules. Using satellite tracking systems (RMS) to monitor driver performance and report any deviations. Gathering information on driver and vehicle performance. Customer and customer relationships with your customer. Perform related activities, serving the needs of superiors. Commit to operational goals defined in conjunction with the client. 3 Years Experience in vehicle controlling in similar environment as that of Road Transportation. Computer Literate. Should have very good knowledge of surrounding areas and best suited routes to use. Great communicating skills is essential as this candidated will be the link between the customer and the delivery staff. Must be able to identify and solve problems.
