Road Transport company with 35years experience in need of an Operations Supervisor in the Krugersdorp/Chamdor area to assist in the transportation and delivery of finished goods. This candidate will not only comunicat downstream to team members but also report upstream to an Operations Manager. Manage all operational activities characteristic of urban beverage distribution. Ensure the achievement of the operational indicators of the unit's performance (return, scrap, physical and financial vouchers, etc.) Ensure the achievement of the indicators of team people (absenteeism, turn over, net journey, etc.). Motivate, empower and develop leadership and operational teams. Ensure compliance with legislation and the maintenance of safe working conditions for staff. Preserve customer and customer relationships. Provide operational conditions for the execution of team routines and for obtaining results. Ensure the market presence (customer customers), attesting the conditions and performance of the service / deliveries of the teams. Develop and ensure maintenance suppliers that are compatible with the needs of the company and its customer. Perform routines of People & Management, according to processes of People Cycle, Training and Development, Engagement, Security, among others. Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards and specifications. Demonstrate personal and professional behaviour compatible with the function. Perform related activities, meeting requests from superiors. 3 years experience in similar field of Road Transportation. Computer literate. Must be a good motivator and team player. Knowledge of Transport methods and costs. Ability to work well with others and has to have the ability to solve problems. Wil be discussed in the interview.
