Road Transport company with 35years experience in need of a Fleet Supervisor in the Krugersdorp/Chamdor area to assist in maintaining the assets of the company and ensuring all vehicles are in road worthy condition. Manage all activities related to vehicle and equipment management in the unit. Ensure compliance with operational resources (drivers, vehicles and equipment). Ensure availability, maintenance (preventive and corrective) and conservation of the company's vehicles. Manage revenues and costs related to fleet and document management. Schedule vehicle maintenance and vehicle fitness. Maintaining proper records of vehicle performance. Develop and ensure maintenance suppliers that are compatible with the needs of the company and its customer. Monitor behavioural and technical indicators of maintenance and handling of vehicles and equipment. Compliance with legislation and the maintenance of safe working conditions for vehicles, drivers/operators. Ensure the conservation of the company's assets (vehicles, equipment, resources and facilities). Commit to operational goals defined in conjunction with the client. Perform related activities, meeting requests from superiors. Experince in fleet maintenace and management is essential. Similar fields of experties will be to the benefit of the applicant.
