The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction to the business, with a focus on achieving sustainable market share dominance over time. Experience and Qualification A tertiary qualification, preferably in sales and marketing is essential and at least five years sales management experience. Preferably in the insurance environment. A business qualification such as an MBA, MDP or similar management development would be an advantage. Verifiable experience in achieving business growth in terms of sales and long-term profitability. Experience in the insurance. Excellent written and verbal communication Strategic, intellectual and analytical abilities Consultative style with influence ability High Degree of emotional intelligence with strong leadership KPIs Lead, motivate and develop a team of broker consultants in Gauteng. Responsible for implementing the sales strategy as defined and underwriters. Oversea the management of relationships with brokers and underwriters. Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly sales target. Responsible for the management and control of the regional operation budget. Maintain and grow key relationship with various partners in Gauteng region. Maintain and grow the relationship with insurance institutes of Gauteng.
