Internal Sales Consultant/Assistant - Benoni
Responsibilities:
Efficiently process incoming orders with precision and accuracy.
Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date customer records and databases.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Work closely with external sales representatives to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements:
Min Matric, additional education or training is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience in sales support or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
