Internal Sales Consultant/Assistant - Benoni

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process incoming orders with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date customer records and databases.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with external sales representatives to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Min Matric, additional education or training is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in sales support or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
