Our client in the automotive industry is currently seeking a Safety, Health and Environment Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits. As a SHE Manager, you will be responsible for: Planning, directing and implementing organisational safety, health, and environmental programmes. Develop a SHE operational plan in accordance with the set targets. Develop and implement a sustainability strategy in alignment with company goals. Ensure compliance across all sites to occupational health and safety legislation. Keep abreast with updates in occupational health and safety legislation and advise management thereof. Monitor and maintain the SHE management systems. Be the management representative for the ISO 14001 and OHAS 18001 systems. Conduct, report and follow up on a pre-use, safety and/or audit inspection including Risk Control. Ensure a safe, secure and legal working environment. Manage individual, team and departmental performance to achieve organisational objectives. Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma (Safety Management). ISO 14001 (Internal Auditor). SAMTRAC, ESG & sustainability certificate 6-8 years relevant safety health and environmental experience. Market Related.
