Interpret invoices and cutting lists for the picking and processing of boards Provide prompt and efficient service to customers Demonstrate and promote 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience to customers. Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved. Ensure that all timber and boards are accurately cut, neatly packed and accessible Keep equipment well maintained and keep work area clean and tidy Always maintain and work in a safe and responsible manner Living and promoting the Company values by always performing duties with: Honesty Respect Accountability Resourcefulness Energy Living and displaying the company culture through behaviours such as: customer centricity effective self-management and teamwork Requirements: Grade 12 2 years relevant experience Ability to read and interpret cutting lists
