Key Responsibilities:- Manage executive diaries and coordinate appointments
- Arrange international and domestic flights, visas, accommodation, and shuttle services
- Coordinate hotel bookings and car hire arrangements
- Plan and coordinate annual sales incentive trips
- Manage brand management activities within the company
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing and event responsibilities
- Manage staff and provide support as needed
- Take minutes during meetings
- Set up and compile presentations for executive and departmental meetings (EXCO & DCE)
- Purchase and manage office groceries and stationary
- Procure miscellaneous office purchases
- Prepare monthly reports
- Arrange transportation for staff traveling to and from the airport and/or Gautrain
- Manage petty cash
- Arrange award meetings
- Verify and approve invoices
- Handle certain expense claims for the sales team
- Upload invoices on the Ariba system
Minimum Requirements:- Matric (Grade 12) qualification or similar qualification and/or experience
- Suitable business management diploma or degree advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics industry
- Superior business communication skills (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport
