Personal Assistant (Logistics) - Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive diaries and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange international and domestic flights, visas, accommodation, and shuttle services
  • Coordinate hotel bookings and car hire arrangements
  • Plan and coordinate annual sales incentive trips
  • Manage brand management activities within the company
  • Assist with ad-hoc marketing and event responsibilities
  • Manage staff and provide support as needed
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Set up and compile presentations for executive and departmental meetings (EXCO & DCE)
  • Purchase and manage office groceries and stationary
  • Procure miscellaneous office purchases
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Arrange transportation for staff traveling to and from the airport and/or Gautrain
  • Manage petty cash
  • Arrange award meetings
  • Verify and approve invoices
  • Handle certain expense claims for the sales team
  • Upload invoices on the Ariba system
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) qualification or similar qualification and/or experience
  • Suitable business management diploma or degree advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics industry
  • Superior business communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport
