Key purpose of the roleTo build out and project manage campaigns across all platforms within the Primedia ecosystem. Responsible for also managing / overseeing a team of Project Planners.Key outputs/accountabilityTeam Management:Oversee and manage Project Planners within the Creative Solutions Department by providing operational support and guidance on all booked campaignsOversee Project Planner workflows and the management thereof, ensuring that each Creative Solution campaign is tracked on a weekly basisEnsure all members of the team follow the correct procedures, and communicate any changes to/breaches of themResolve conflict by finding solutions, proposing improvements and shepherding changeProposal development and costing:Ability to take an idea and plan and schedule it within specified time and budget constraintsAccurate costing of campaigns that accounts for all media elements and direct costs involved, by liaising with the relevant Departments when necessaryDelivery of proposals and costs within agreed upon deadlinesEnsure all creative deals pitched are profitableCampaign management:Implementation of all sold campaigns within your portfolio, which includes:Attend/arrange all project meetings/briefings as requiredProvision of chase lists to clients upon bookingActive client liaison around implementation of campaigns on behalf of the Creative Solutions departmentLoading of prizes in the PSD System and sending prize invoices timeouslyGathering all necessary approvals for campaigns to go live within campaign timelinesAny campaign revisions to be made and communicated to the relevant departments and implemented effectivelyAll campaign-related communications to be centralised on Asana so briefs are tracked effectively from inception to deliveryCommunicate project status/potential problems with solutions to teams in a timely mannerManage projects to a high standard that reflects the creative output of PMBAnticipate and be proactive in facilitating the smooth flow of projects through the organization to meet the teams/client’s expectationsBrief in the post-campaign analyses for debrief purposesStakeholder managementBe an active member of PMB Commercial Team and encourage and facilitate collaboration within the team and other departments within the organizationManage communications to all internal stakeholders, including weekly meetings with the radio station and operations teamsWork closely with relevant teams, ensuring effective communication and management of teams’ expectationsDevelop and manage key stakeholder relationships across the business with both internal and external clients as well as key partners and alliancesUnderstand the primary needs of each stakeholder and partner to close any gapsBuild and manage key stakeholder service level agreementsEducational qualificationsMatricBusiness Administration or Project Management Certificate or DiplomaRequired knowledge and experienceMinimum five years’ experience in Project M https://protool.gumtree.co.za/external-link-browser.html?urlaHR0cHM6Ly9lbi16YS53aGF0am9icy5jb20vY29vcG9iX19jcGxfX18xMzIwXzU1NDMxX180OTc/dXRtX3NvdXJjZT1ndW10cmVlJnV0bV9tZWRpdW09ZmVlZCZrZXl3b3JkPQ&jid1781078&xid1320_55431 Apply Now
