Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Diploma in Office Administration 3 years experience as a Receptionist operating a busy switchboard Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Clear criminal record Duties and Responsibilities Welcome all visitors politely, promptly, and professionally as they arrive at the office Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently Assist in managing boardroom bookings Ensure that all equipment in reception area is well-maintained and in good working order Coordinate courier collections and deliveries Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to programs and support departments as needed Assist the HR department in managing employee files and support with audits
