We are seeking a young dynamic Receptionist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. Welcome Clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Directing Clients to the relevant boardroom Setting up meetings and booking boardrooms Preparing meeting and training rooms by ensuring boardrooms/ training rooms are neat, tidy and presentable at all times – prior to scheduled meetings and after Serving coffee to our Clients at reception while waiting and during the scheduled meeting Assisting with deliveries by sending this to the relevant department and ensuring that the reception area remains neat, and available for all walk-ins and scheduled Clients to approach Assisting with a variety of ad-hoc administrative tasks Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary Provide excellent Client service Responsible for ordering stationery and ad hoc requirements Handheld Client's Wills Qualifications: Matric certificate (mandatory) Experience: 1 - 2 years' experience in a reception role. Key Skills: Computer literacy Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Competencies: Attention to detail and an extremely organised nature Speak clearly and confidently, be articulate Administration skills Active team member, helping with various tasks as required R 144 000 - R 180 000 PA Apply Now
