Implement and monitor sales growth strategies within the assigned territory to ensure the effectiveness of the sales force in the achievement of sales targets, growth, and profitability of key accounts. Drive and monitor strong customer relationships, understand customer trends, and ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service Monitor and assist sales staff in the achievement of their sales and growth targets.
