Second Line Support Technician - Sandton
Role Description Our Corporate Travel client is seeking a Second Line Support technician to join our team in Johannesburg. This is a full-time on-site role in which the technician will provide technical support to users, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and escalate complex issues to third-line support and/or vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining in-house applications, software, and operating systems, as well as ensuring the security and integrity of all IT systems. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical support role Windows OS, Active Directory, and remote desktop support very impotent Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills Experience with MySQL knowledge is mandatory.
