Senior HR Manager - Stellenbosch

Description Our client in the FMCG sector, situated in Tulbagh, is looking or a senior HR Manager to join their team as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes. Manage the onboarding and orientation process for new employees. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues. Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner. Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and processes. Provide guidance and support to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews. Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate employee development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online learning opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs. Conduct benchmarking and market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits. Collaborate with finance and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices. Prepare and file reports required by regulatory agencies. Culture and Engagement: Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale. Organize company events, activities, and initiatives to foster a sense of community and teamwork. Non-negotiable requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 20 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
