Overview:
To provide support to various departments which includes accounts, management and technical department. Ensure stability in profitability by maintaining a high customer satisfaction and retention rate.
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Completed tertiary in Business Management, Project Management, Cost & Management Accounting (highly advantageous)
- 2+ years relevant job experience
- Computer literate
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with both clients and suppliers with regards to active jobs
- Maintain filing system to ensure that documents are filed correctly
- Manage effective systems to control time, cost and quality
- Compilation and submission of reports one expenses to Service Head of Department and clients on completion of jobs
- Monthly service scheduling of all clients
- Create quotations for clients based on job card feedback
- Control job card sequencing and priority, follow up on outstanding job cards
- Generating invoices and credit notes
- Review, capture and ensure accuracy of approved job card, invoices and client information
- Identify and address discrepancies
- Generate and control routine service schedules, follow up on outstanding service schedules
- Provide continual customer feedback
- Order and requisition material and parts required for all technicians. Follow up on deliveries.
- Overall control of all documentation and paperwork
- Address any service-related queries and information requests
- Submission of quotes and invoices
