Job Title : Talent Acquisition Manager (Travel/Tourism/DMC) Start Date : As Soon As Possible Location : Bryanston, Johannesburg Job Type : Full Time | On-site Salary : Market-Related Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in the travel and tourism industry. Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Passion for the travel and tourism industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the travel and tourism industry. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organisation. Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
