Reference: PTA001093-JP-1A well-established manufacturer of specialised cleaning and hygiene products is seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Representative to develop business within the assigned region Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a B.Sc. or B.Com degree Minimum 4 years’ experience in a technical sales environment will be required Must have a valid driver’s lisence, own car and be willing to travel extensively (6-8 nights away from home per month) Above-average communication skills, specifically in English, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, including farmers, will be required The successful candidate will be responsible for: Executing organizational strategy to achieve market share and customer satisfaction targets within allocated budgets. Providing regular performance updates and recommendations to enhance business relationships and improve customer service. Demonstrating expertise in technical and conceptual aspects of all products. Analyzing customer requirements, recommend appropriate products, and address inquiries effectively. Communicating product features and benefits clearly, addressing technical queries as needed. Preparing customer reports and proposals detailing technical product solutions. Cultivating long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty. Identifying and capitalising on new sales opportunities to expand customer base. Maintaining accurate sales records and share monthly reports with management. Adhering to call cycles and documenting all interactions in the CRM system. Monitoring market dynamics and informing management of relevant changes. Establishing strong relationships with strategic customers to drive sustainable business growth. Soliciting and evaluating customer feedback to enhance product offerings and market penetration.
