How to get your Matric Results for 2021

Its been a unique year for everyone, especially our matriculants. The trials and tribulations are almost over and when that happens you need to get your matric results.

When do the Matric results come out?

The matric results have been released on the 21st January 2022.

Where can I get the matric results?

1. From your School

Your marks will be released by your school @ 12pm with respect to your province results day.

2. Via your Phone

SMS

Send your ID number and exam number via SMS to 35658. There is a once-off cost of R3 to register. Results will be delivered to your phone via SMS when they are released.

USSD

Dial *120*35658# from your phone, follow the steps to register and you can then see your results.

3. Via the Department of Basic Education’ website

  • Click on the link for 2020 NSC EXAM RESULTS
  • Enter your Examination number
  • The result will be displayed on the screen and can be printed out.

5. From SABC Education

The Department of Basic Education (DBE) has partnered with SABC Education and launched its Matric Results service. On the plus side learners who register to receive their results through SABC Education stand a chance to win a share of R10,000 in airtime.

There are two ways to access your matric results via SABC Education:

  • SMS

SMS your exam number to 45856. There is a charge of R1.50 per SMS.

  • USSD

Dial *120*45856# and enter your exam number to register. You will be charged R1.50 per minute and results will be SMS’d to your phone once they are available.
