Are you a meticulous and proactive HR professional ready to join a dynamic team? Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to oversee various administrative and payroll functions within their HR department. Key Responsibilities: - HR Administration: Handle a variety of HR administrative tasks. - Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. - Record Management: Manage employee records, ensuring all documentation is prepared, issued, and filed accurately. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR-related audits and assist during audit processes. - Leave Management: Assist with leave management and maintain the HR calendar. - Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage recruitment activities, onboarding, and offboarding processes. - Employee Support: Support performance management activities, employee well-being initiatives, and handle first-level HR queries i.e remuneration. - Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the HR department and perform ad hoc office duties. Payroll Responsibilities: - End-to-end payroll processing for wage staff. - Calculate bonuses and allowances. - Collate payroll information, process, produce reports, and file accordingly. - Prepare monthly summaries of payments and deductions. - Prepare payroll-related reports for the manager. - Handle staff queries regarding payroll. - Perform month-end and year-end processing and reconciliation. - Complete monthly SITE, PAYE, medical aid, industrial council, and union returns. - Submit EMP501 calculations on e-filing. Qualifications and Experience Diploma in Human Resources Management 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the metal industry Industry knowledge of MEIBC Main Agreement Basic knowledge of HR-related legislation Proficient in SAGE 300 payroll system (preferred) Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel If you are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity R 240 000 CTC Apply Now
