Reference: EL002786-Bronw-1 We are seeking a seasoned Area Coach (Quick Food Service) for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape You will be responsible for various outlets within the area focusing on many aspects of the business, including Profits and Sales targets, operational efficiencies, performance management of employees and training: Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: BCom Business Management or Business-related tertiary qualification 5 years managerial experience in the fast food / restaurant industry – essential Food Health & Safety qualification Valid drivers and own vehicle as travel is required Good communication skills in English and MS Office literate Good financial acumen and staff management experience The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Maintain and develop restaurants and ensure staffing levels are determined Recommend / implement action plans in accordance with Company policies Formulate and implement Area Bench Plan Ensure reporting and control compliance procedures in the areas in line with companies goals Oversee prompt and appropriate resolution of complaints as per Company standards Ensure internal security is at maximum level Evaluate performance of management and oversee training and designated certification Implement company programs Maximize sales and profit Direct restaurant operations and recommend wage and salary increases Ensure recognition programs are in place and ensure employee relation compliance Oversee training, personal development and induction and all area and training plans are in place Holding regular area meetings Set and ensure achievement of clear restaurant goals Manage controllable and variable expenses Period business reviews Ensure marketing plan is in place and executed Conduct regular coaching visits to restaurants Salary: Market related To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to bronwynsheldon.co.za If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful
