Role and Responsibility
1. Operations Management: Clients serviced according to service Level Agreement
2. Branch and Team Management.
3. Manage Legal and Financial Risk through Statutory and Legislative Compliance adherence.
4. Manage Teams Internal Procedural and Company Policy Compliance, through conducting regular branch audits ensuring optimal Client Service and Risk elimination.
5. Business Development through organized and coordinated Sales Activity.
6. Client Contracts/Pricing: Manage financially viable and compliant SLAs for New Clients and Existing Client growth and /or Rate increases.
7. Effective Reporting: Track trends, forecasts and strategy plans.
8. Build and maintain Client and Associate relationships as combined Operations teams , and effective inter- departmental
