- Previous experience in a high-end 5* establishment

- Must have a passion for the industry, and the people visiting the lodge
- Own transport
- Must fill in for the GM couple when they go on leave
- Very good command of English, as you will be dealing with high valued international guests.

- Must have PDP, ARH, First aid certificate and NDT (North-West) up to date.

Her Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality as FOH/Reservations/Spa Therapist.
- Responsible for reservations and FOH duties as well as assisting lodge managers.
- Overseeing all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services and the various departments such as: housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
- The candidate will also be required to stand in while the current spa therapist/reservationist goes on leave, therefore must be fully qualified somatologist (ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP or CIBTAC) and able to perform a range of treatments competently.

- Coordinate bookings/reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently taking and processing payments.
- Curio shop sales and monthly stock takes.
- Experience on PANHospitality reservations and accounting system would be a huge advantage.
- Duties will also include, but not limited to, hosting of guests/agents and handling guest inquiries, concerns or complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- More duties include- room checks, and oversee the Housekeeping department.
- Managing and supervising lodge staff, work schedules, leave applications, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to maintain high standards of service.
- It is very important that you have - attention to detail and problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure and leading by example.
- Availability to work flexible hours and extra hours when required.
Package: Her 10% commission on spa treatments
Accommodation: Live-in position provided (regrettably no pets or dependents).
Meals & uniform provided
Work Cycle: 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Ability to work and live in a remote, safari lodge environment.
