Recharger, An Established National Meter Company with head-offices in Durban is seeking the services of an experienced Attorney with 10 years of Private Practice experience in dealing with matters of general business, commercial or general consumer queries. Based at is head-offices, the position requirement is for an experienced attorney to assist the customer support teams in engaging with clients on general queries as well as provide compliance assistance and guidance on general company matters. Oversee the General Legal and Commercial Matt ersof the company. Offer guidance and support to the in-house legal team. Offer legal business advices and business guidance. Ensure compliance with all legal policies and business structures. Support the company in ensuring all legal documentation, business decisions and overall operations are fully within the respective regulations for internal and international business. Povide guidance related to business, commercial & litigation matters as well as briefing legal partners where required. Highly Experienced in Business/ Commercial/ Corporate Law. Minimum 10 years in Private-Practice or General Consumer, Commercial/ Corporate Law field. LLB/ LLM / MBA / Masters or similar necessary. Company Law/ Competition Law advantageous High level researcher. Private Practice Experience. Market-related/ commensurate with experience. Highly Experienced in Business/ Commercial/ Corporate Law.
