Our client a Legal Services company is looking to employ an Admitted Attorney skilled in Commercial and Corporate law. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience and comfortable with a fully remote job. Job Purpose: Provide comprehensive legal support focused on business and entrepreneurial law. Contribute to both legal and non-legal projects within a dynamic and innovative environment. Ensure high-quality drafting and review of commercial contracts, policies, and procedures. Ensure high-quality drafting and review of commercial contracts, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review commercial contracts, policies, and procedures. Provide expert consultation on labour law best practices, regulatory compliance, and basic dispute resolution. Develop and deliver training materials, and lead training sessions and presentations. Key Requirements: Education: LLB. (BCom or LLM qualifications are advantageous) Experience: Admission as an attorney Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft programmes Business knowledge advantageous Key Competencies: Strong understanding of commercial and corporate law, with proficiency in drafting agreements and legal documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently and liaise effectively with clients.
