Auditor - Cape Town City Centre
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Must a have a BCom Degree in Finance related modules
- Must have completed SAICA or Auditing focused articles
- Minimum 1 year post-articles experience within Auditing will be required
- The ideal candidate would want to grow into the Auditing industry
- A meticulous and independent worker will be ideal for this role
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting in audit planning and risk assessment.
- Collecting and analysing financial data.
- Preparing and maintaining audit documentation.
- Performing substantive testing and control evaluation.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
- Communicating findings to Senior Auditors and management.
- Providing recommendations for process improvement.
- Staying current with auditing standards and best practices.
- Maintaining client relationships and addressing inquiries.
- Supporting audit report preparation and follow-up activities.
