Responsibilities:

Provide solutions or recommendations to business when requirements are unclear taking into account what would be best for the business
Create the relevant analysis documentation i.e. Business Specification and or Functional analysis projects using best practice
Detailed extraction and documentation of all business rules impacting a project
Maintain Data Integrity between Systems: Consolidate data from the various operational systems and develop automated routines to analyse the data and ensure that interfaces are transferring data accurately and completely between the systems
Design and Develop reports based on results of business and data analysis that can be used by management to monitor, manage or control business processes
Responsible for testing functionality once it has been developed
Responsible for identifying training needs and providing coaching and mentoring

Education:

Skills required:

SQL skills
Agile
.NET
Both technical and business knowledge
Project management skills
Be able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
Be able to liaise with the Developers on a technical level
Familiar with relational database structures
Must have a fair understanding of the entity relationships within a database and how the various systems integrate with each other in an environment
Able to compile context diagrams, process and data flow diagrams
Strong ability to document requirements, good writing skills
