Responsibilities: - Provide solutions or recommendations to business when requirements are unclear taking into account what would be best for the business
- Create the relevant analysis documentation i.e. Business Specification and or Functional analysis projects using best practice
- Detailed extraction and documentation of all business rules impacting a project
- Maintain Data Integrity between Systems: Consolidate data from the various operational systems and develop automated routines to analyse the data and ensure that interfaces are transferring data accurately and completely between the systems
- Design and Develop reports based on results of business and data analysis that can be used by management to monitor, manage or control business processes
- Responsible for testing functionality once it has been developed
- Responsible for identifying training needs and providing coaching and mentoring
Education:- BSc Computer Science preferable / BTech CSE
- Minimum of 8-9 years experience in the IT industry
Skills required:- SQL skills
- Agile
- .NET
- Both technical and business knowledge
- Project management skills
- Be able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Be able to liaise with the Developers on a technical level
- Familiar with relational database structures
- Must have a fair understanding of the entity relationships within a database and how the various systems integrate with each other in an environment
- Able to compile context diagrams, process and data flow diagrams
- Strong ability to document requirements, good writing skills
