Responsibilities

Responsible for the pitch/proposal/tender process
Responsible for reporting and tracking info/data as relevant to the portfolio assigned
Responsible for legal directory submissions, awards submissions, league tables
Responsible for experience management
Coordinate all activities (and ensure governance) to support the firm's 'go to market' collaboration forums e.g., ACC/A&N, Sectors, KCP
Assist with invoices and purchase order requests
Budget maintenance and management for cost centre/s applicable (Responsible for managing budgets for flights and accommodation for local and international travel.)
Assist with the research of international conferences and the booking thereof
Support key clients, sectors, collaboration forums, and all research required
Assist with events and marketing campaigns
Champion of CRM System inc maintains and ensures that client list and client data are relevant and up-to-date
