As the Business Development Manager for Direct HVAC Systems, you will be crucial in driving the company's market expansion and leadership across South Africa. Your role involves developing and executing long term planning, setting and achieving financial targets, and driving financial growth and profitability. You be responsible for market analysis to identify opportunities, develop market entry strategies, and stay updated on industry trends. Managing the product portfolio, from concept to end-of-life.
Job experience and Skills Required:- Bachelors degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
- Masters degree is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer needs in HVAC.
- Essential experience in product management, market development, and dealer program implementation.
