Maintain existing client base and source new business offering catering services Implement business objectives Monthly, quarterly and annual target achievement Deliver professional sales proposals and presentations adhering to company standards Develop and maintain client relationships Client retention Reporting to management and Exco Management of internal relationships with support services Competencies / Skills Conceptualization Customer orientation Presentation Listening skills Non-verbal perception Calculation Insight Negotiation Conflict resolution Self-Motivation Requirements: Matric plus tertiary qualification essential Own vehicle and valid drivers licence, extensive travel will be required 5 years proven track record in hospitality or catering sales Presentation and proposal writing experience Strong verbal and written communication Financial and budget knowledge Clear criminal record SA Citizen Own reliable transport R35k to R40kctc plus commission, fuel card, cell phone allowance and provident fund
