We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to work within the Auditing department, to be responsible for management meetings, system optimisations, financial oversight, strategic planning, team leadership, and performance monitoring. Weekly Management Meetings: Host and facilitate weekly management meetings with department heads to discuss financial performance, key updates, challenges, and strategic initiatives. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive organizational goals. System Optimizations and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for system optimisations and process improvements across departments. Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement efficient and streamlined workflows to enhance overall organizational effectiveness. Financial Oversight: Oversee the auditing of weekly financial reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to financial policies and procedures. Analyse financial data and provide insights to the executive team for informed decision-making. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives. Provide input on budgeting and financial forecasting to support long-term planning. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team. Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate departmental and organizational performance. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Matric Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field 3 or more years' experience in business analysis, system optimization, and process improvement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
