A company in Roodepoort requires a Cash Book and Disbursements Clerk, with a sound financial background as well as initiative, drive and the ability to work under pressure. The job is in the West Rand area, accordingly preference will be given to locally based candidates who are prefereably available immediately. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated candidate who has experience on an ERP system, preferably Syspro. Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial environment. Allocating and posting all payments and expenses into Syspro/ (ERP SYSTEM) Printing bank statements on banking platform Daily cash book capturing and reconciling on a daily basis. Prepare all local payments and capture on eft system on Banking platform. Keeping record of all utility accounts, telephone and security payments. Daily filing and assisting . Adhoc duties. Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial environment. R15k neg depending on experience, plus benefits
