Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric 3-5 years supervisory experience within the cleaning or hospitality industry Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and cleaning procedures Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to work flexible hours Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Key Performance Areas: Supervise a team of hygiene technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for cleaning teams Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, and address client inquiries and concerns Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including proper usage and storage Report on team performance, client feedback, and any issues to management
