Client Experience Consultant / Product Genius - Johannesburg
We have a vacancy for a Client Experience Consultant / Product Genius with a Vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.
Requirements - NON-NEGOTIABLE
- At least 1 year RECENT experience working at a reliable Vehicle Dealership
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience of the job responsibilities of a “Product Genius”
- Proven track record of employment and experience
- Matric
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with product information and queries – technical specifications on new and used vehicles
- Translate technical specifications into functional benefits, while providing solid customer service with excellent emotional intelligence.
- Conduct test drive with customers.
- Coordinating and assisting with getting vehicles ready for delivery, leasing with the customer, stock controller and workshop to ensure the vehicle is prepared and ready for the customer to collect at the agreed delivery time.
- Ensuring the necessary paperwork is ready and completed.
- Ensuring customer service is in line with company values, with regular updates and communicating with manager and sales executives.
- Management of stock and demo vehicle availability.
